I have driven HRD logbook (using a Laptop USB socket) from my IC7000 (jack plug) in the past but now I wish to be able to connect my FT2000 and then tell HRD which rig I'm using or can it do this automatically?
I use the IC7000 for the 2m & 6m bands, and also I transvert from the 10m band to the 4m band. My FT2000 is only used for 160m to 10m.
Please treat me as a novice,http://files.qrz.com/static/images/smilies/redface.png I know next to nothing about HRD, its facilties or linking rigs to PCs.
