THIS REQUEST HAS BEEN FILLED, THANKS GUYS YOU GOT ME OFF THE HOOK!!!!This transceiver needs an owners manual and a power cord with the plastic plug in good condition. Come on guys someone out there sold this unit without the manual. I got this one for my son who just got his General license. Please e mail me if you have one or both. WB7EMA
