Congratulations! #I'm thinking about having a party to celebrate my 25th anniversary in Spring. #I'd kind of like to invite some of my Elmers. #The only thing about that is that I passed my Novice on my 29th birthday. #So, if that was 25 years ago...I don't want to think about it. #[I feel like I'm still 17]. #
But here's a suggestion for getting those last states. #The second weekend of January is the North American QSO party. #Just send name and state. #In 12 hours, it's not unusual to get every state and Canadian province.
After the event, just barage the appropriate states with QSLs. #You'll get that WAS. #

Extra "lite" --- Extra "heavy"... Makes no difference. Comes down to what you do AFTER you get your license. Hey, you have the highest license they offer -- There should be no beef from anyone.
Hope it's been a good year, and I wish you many more.

Congratulations. It doesn't matter one bit - light or heavy. Keep up the good work. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Larry http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Wow, you've got me thinking about it. Next month will be 29 years for me since I first got my Novice as WN2ZDY. This month, the other day in fact was 28 years since I upgraded to General and got this call.
I was 13 when I got my Novice. I REALLY don't want to think about how old I am now . . .
Congrats on being a ham. Lite, heavy, it's all good if you're good on the air!

I don't want to hear about how old you think you are, you are still several yrs younger then I was when I got my novice ticket back in 1989.
Old is just relative, and heaven knows I am relatively old. And actually old also http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
