I am thinking of buying a 2m SSB radio after I buy a 2m FM. The only ones I have seen was the IC-910H(much too expensive) and MFJ's adventure radios(too weak of a signal). I was hoping for under $150 and a decent output. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hmmm...be very careful buying a 2m SSB radio for under $150, that's alleged to be working properly. You might find an older one at that price like an Icom 211 (red LED display!http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif, but I doubt it. Remember too, that you can always hang a 2M SSB/FM amp WITH a working (careful here too) receive Preamp to make up for lower power out and/or receive sensitivity of whatever rig you're using. I use EB-144/432 ants here for 2m/70cm SSB. Pricey antennas, but basic loop for SSB/horiz pol ops easy to make, and fairly omnidirectional pattern. GL.

Well if you have a little spare money...spending $600 on a HF/VHF/UHF rig isn't a bad investment. Besides they perform well on VHF/UHF in USB and CW mode http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
Just be careful with buying second hand radio though

Take a look at the Kenwood TR-9130 all-mode mobile (made in the mid-1980s). Runs SSB, CW, and FM. About 25 watts. You can find them from time to time on eBay, etc. I have one and have used it on all modes and it does well.
i like my kenwood ts2000 the durn thing just does it all! add a cushcraft 2m/440/6m tri-beam and a dtmic, a heil goldline mic and y'll be modulating, cwing, packetradioing, etc. etc. any where you want to go. why the sattelites are a blast too. 73rds...............
Don't forget to consider an Icom 706MK2G. I have been a UHF / VHF contester and have used a Yaesu 736R. My friend runs a 706 for 6 mtr, 2 mtr and 70 cmtr and has had very good results. He also uses it for an IF source for his transverters on 220 and 1296. Used ones are out there for about $500.
