The software is, um, fragile.

I'm sure that the ARRL will eventually get the bugs out of the system. The people on the mailing list are very helpful and very interested in solving problems that come up.

I had no problems with the software (Windows). It could be a bit easier to use, though.

I also wish it would catch on a bit more....
