Dashes on 7.026 MHz

Several of us 40 meter CW guys have been hearing a station sending "DASHES" all day long on 7.026 MHz. I am not sure for how long, but I have heard it now for at least 2 days. Anyone else hear it? And how loud. It is QSB up to S7 here in NE-EPA

I've heard it here in southern NJ. Pretty annoying!!!
