Does anybody have software that can program Midland 70-1340B radio below 148.00? I have taken it to the local radio/ham shop and their programming won't go below 148.00 Mhz. If anybody does let me know.

This forum (http://bb.bc4x4.com/showthread.php?123867-Midland-70-1340B-Know-anything-about-it) says the radio is good above 150 mHz.
