Configure MixW with QRZ XML?

I just subscribed to QRZ XML service. I can't find any information about how to configure MixW to QRZ XML. Any help will be appreciated.

MixW doesn't support the XML feed directly, but there are add-on programs: http://www.k1pgv.com/cbdll.html

Have never used it, so don't know how it works.
