MIXW RTTY CONTEST HELP

HELLO THERE ALL
# # # # # # # # # # # #i like to work the data modes very much and ill work and try all the modes i can,but my favourite is got to be rtty and i would love to start working rtty contests but i have looked at help files and still cant work it out so can any body help me setup a macro #in mixw for working the contest,i can set it to start tx send the calls send a report 599 but i need to get it to set a serial number and make it run consecutive like first qso 001 and when i go to next qso it will send 002 003 and so on with each qso,so far every time i push the button to send the macro it sends the calls 599 but always sends the last number i put in so can anybody help please,thank you very much

Hello Kevin,

Go to the "View" menu and select "Contest Mode". You will then see a list of contests. Click on "Add New..." then enter a name for the contest and start and stop times. Then click ok. You will then see the list of contests again. Double click the contest name you just created. In your macros put in <QSONR> to have it print the QSO number. Hope this helps. ok seth thanks for help and now understand how to set ip up and have gotten some contest macros,so i will be qrv in the rtty contests now and i am looking forward to my first rtty contest-cq ww rtty-thats going to be a great weekend,ok seth hope to cu on cq ww rtty and hope we make contact,73 for now and thanks again my friend,73
