That's a big kid, but my dad was 14lbs (born at home - 1934) and he had a sister that was 13lbs (also born at home).

Not true - their state debt is unusually -- average.
Not that its much to celebrate anyway , the total country debt is the highest of any country in man's history.

I wonder how you pronounce , 'puede ahorrarte un dinero?'

Constitutionally Texas can't spend what it doesn't have in revenue to spend.
