Chris Gare, G3WOS, is in the Falklands Islands again from the 25th of May until the 4th of June and is active on 6 metres as VP8DBL. He is running 500 watts and will be looking specifically for F or F2 Sporadic E extensions into northern Europe and the USA on weak CW. When he is in the shack, he will run a beacon on 50.105MHz and will probably operate on that frequency too. If there is a big opening, he will move up to 50.123MHz.
