Does anybody know if this would load up on 17 & 12 mtrs.?????

Don't know about the FL-2100Z, but I have successfully used a Heathkit SB-200 on 17 and 12. The 200 is essentially the same with the same tubes. I used the 15M switch position for those bands, and it worked, with adequate power out. Give it a try

Normally you'd use the 15m switch position for 17m and the 10m switch position for 12m.
