Hi Folks,

I havent bought Ham gear in years, my Yaesu FT-50R is in need of new batteries, can anyone recommend a good battery vendor, I used to buy from Periphex but they dont seem to be around anymore.

I've had good luck with Primecell in Pa. Owner is a ham, though I can't remember his call now.

Check out www.batterytechcentral.com. I bought a battery from them several years ago at a hamfest and they had a good price.

You can go here and see what they got. I got 2 batteries for my ICOM from them and not 1 problem. And they told me if I did they would replace it for free.
