Unfortunately, this is not the qsl site. The only thing that I can suggest is to look carefully on the site and see if there is a provision (like on many sites) to have your password sent to the E-Mail address that you have on record.

Riccardo, wish you good luck if you keep trying to get an answer. I spend two whole weeks writing to the webmaster amd all to no use!.
I solved my problem just by chance, finding in a backup CD the email with the password they mailed me some two years ago!.
The system seems to be on the devil's hand as no real person answers you an email. all automated responses. And it is specially problematic that you cannot change the password for something one normally uses and that it is easy to remember!

There was no problem at all about your asking the question on QRZ.com! As far as I know, there is no interconnection between the two sites although some people might think that there was such an interconnection.
Since I don't use the other site I really don't have any first-hand knowledge of how it works. But, usually, somewhere, there is some type of "link" that tells the automated system to send your password to a specific E-Mail address. Unfortunately, if that E-Mail address isn't any good any more, then you are going to have some "real" problems!
Have you tried to re-register using you call with the addition of something like "-1" to the end?

The "-1" would force the automated system to accept a new user rather than trying to access the original user without knowing the password.
There is a possibility that the system would "fail" if you used the same E-Mail address. However, that also might force the system into allowing you to ask for your password to be sent to that particular E-Mail address.
Since I don't use that site I really don't know any of its "inner workings". But, anything is worth a try!

The qsl.net site is owned and operated by Alan Waller.
His email add is al@qsl.net. If that fails, he lives at
34087 Old Hickory Road,
Laurel Sussex County,
DE 19956.
I have asways found him helpful.
If all of the above fails, then look him up in the phone book and give him a call.
