Hey Everyone. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any bulletin boards on PSK31? Do they even have bulletin boards on PSK31? If anyone knows of any, could you let me know the frequency of it? Thank you very much!

No bulletin boards. PSK31 is a live, operator to operator mode.
Yuppers... PSK31 is keyboard to keyboard. My favorite PSK31 frequency is 14.070.
This page has been around the longest that I have found, and has some very good info about PSK31 as well as some other digital modes.

It is a fascinating mode, and I use digital sound card modes almost exclusively ! ( The picture on my bio is very un-typical and shows me at this past Field Day! )
