Logs seen but on hold for confirmation

I have a total of 379 logs, 50 confirmed, 329 out, and of these, 29 have been seen (blue dot) but are on hold and not confirmed. Why would so many view the log and not take the time to click a button and confirm the contact?

One guess would be that they didn't recall the contact and either wanted to double check their log, or they don't keep a log.

Some users are willing to upload their QSO’s but are unwilling to individually and manually confirm them, as it is labor intensive. They likely also do the same with LOTW and eQSL that provide for automatic confirmation. If QRZ were to incorporate an automatic confirmation feature, the rate of confirmations would likely increase.

I would love to manually update and confirm contacts. However, that feature has stopped working for me. I don't know if it's a QRZ problem or something on my end. I've checked all of my QRZ settings and everything looks ok. I never made any changes to my settings and it all of a sudden stopped allowing manual updates.

Hate to admit it but ,At present not sure how the EQSL works , back after 20years QRT I guess I have done the same thing in ignorance Looking for the help section will be my next reading on QSLing
