I bought 2 Yaesu mu tuning units from Louie and he shipped them to me UPS insured for $500 when I received them the box looked fine with excellent packing so signed for it.
The next day I hooked both of them up to my FTDX-5000MP and nether of them worked so I called Yaesu tech support and spoke to an engineer. He advised that what he thought was that the box was dropped and that would broken the units.
Called Louie the next day he called UPS claims dept then they advised that the units hat to be returned to him for any claim to be started no. So I shipped them in just a few days I received a USPS MO from Louie for the full amount.
I would do business him any day.
