View Full Version : NO QRZ CALLSIGN LOOKUP WITH HRD LOGBOOK

I realize that while the site was down that the call sign lookup was not available via HRD logbook to the QRZ site.

However mine has stopped working again last night. Anyone have a clue as to why this would happen?

I'm using the XML database lookup via HRD and it is currently working fine. No problems here but I'll keep checking. There are still many "fixes" being addressed behind the scenes after the recent upgrade.

Hi Bob

I also have the XML subscription. Last night I logged a contact at 23:40 UTC.

When I logged my next contact at 00:49 UTC the HRD log book would not do the call sign look up.

It will not do it this morning either.

I also have a program called EZCalls and it is connecting to QRZ just fine.

So not sure what is wrong here with the HRD software but as of now it will not do the look ups.

Update! I just logged a contact and the call sign look up worked.

Go figure. :confused:

I've noticed from time to time I seem to lose the lookup feature. I then close out HRD and restart it, and all seems well. I'm not sure what that means, but for what it's worth, that's what happens SOMETIMES to me. Right now it's still working fine.
