I finally decided to give HRD a try just for it's logging features. Well, I like that so much I'd like to try the others. My question is, what cable do I need, and where can I get it, so that I can use my Kenwood TS -440S with HRD.
Does your TS-440S have the IC-10 installed? If not, then it can't be computer controlled.
I hope this helps >>> http://www.pm.keirle.com/3_radio/ts_440/ts_440.htm

Also check out ZLP Electronics (http://www.g4zlp.co.uk/unified/KenwoodCAT.shtml)for your CAT Cable.
Half the price of the one listed above and he does not rip you off for shipping.
I just loaded that cable into his cart and the total came to $33.49 US.
I have 2 of Neal's cat cables and have never had any trouble with them.

IC-10? I'm not even sure what filters are in it. it works so good, I hate to take it apart to look.
