how do i export the data from ly qrz logbook to a csv or other style file. how do i print a list of my qrz logbook.

how do i export the data from ly qrz logbook to a csv or other style file. how do i print a list of my qrz logbook.
First, obtain your latest Logbook ADIF file as follows:
1 Sign-in
2 Click on the LOGBOOK button to open your logbook
3 Click on the OPTIONS tab
4 Find "ADIF Download" and click on the REQUEST button, you will be sent an e-mail when the requested processing is completed.
5 Return to step 4 but then click on DOWNLOAD button to download then save ADIF file.
Second, search Internet for “ADIF Converters” and select an appropriate one to your preferences.
