SOLD ME A SCANNER THAT HE KNEW WAS NO GOOD. AFTER AGREEING TO REFUND MY MONEY HE REFUSED SHIPMENT OF THE SCANNER CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE SCANNER. HE CLAIMED THE BOX WAS DAMAGED BUT DID NOT INVESTIGATE THE SCANNER TO SEE IF THERE WAS DAMAGE. THE SCANNER WAS DOUBLE BOXED AND WELL INSULATED FROM ANY ABUSE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN MADE BY THE CARRIER. THE BOX WAS NOT DAMAGED WHEN IT WAS RETURNED TO ME. NOW HE CLAIMS HE TOOK A PICTURE. IF HE DID ITS NOT OF THE BOX I MAILED HIM. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS HAM UNLESS YOU WANT SOME JUNK.

The facts of this matter are very simple. This person bought a scanner from me. I shipped him a operating scanner. When it arrived he said it was not operating properly. I told him I would refund his money less shipping. This caused him to call me to many names to mention. Don't even want to get into that here. He shipped the scanner back the box arrived at my QTH with one end pushed in. Here is an excerp taken from his own email to me.I WILL SHIP THE SCANNER
BACD TO YOU AGAIN IN A NEW BOX IF YOU GIVE ME MY 125.00 BACK PLUS 11.00. My Postman said he would not sign for the package either when I told him it was an electronic device. I have over 90 positive feedbacks on Ebay no negative. Iam an Honest ham and am more than alittle tired of defending myself from attacks by this person..
