Jose Jacob, VU2JOS, of the National Institute of Amateur Radio in Hyderabad, India, has sent a brief report saying that members of the Institute have established HF and VHF stations in the earthquake-affected areas of Gujarat in order to provide emergency relief communications for the Indian government.
