Those translators bite, but generally they will give you an idea of what is being said.
Generally.
If you toss in dialects, slang and/or misspellings forget it You might as well try for translating alphabet soup.
Unfortunately the real translators cost real bucks.

# # # # # # # #73,
Come on you guys...
It isn't too difficult to sorta guesstimate what this fella is looking for...
My guess is that he is looking for a TS-930SAT (duh) maybe from a company with good 'backing' [guarantee] and reasonable shipping and handling fees.
What I can't quite tell is if he is looking for a Polish firm or one from another country...
Maybe one of you folks out there knows someone who speaks this lingo and can get a better translation and try to help him out without all the goofy remarks.

My take is he is looking for information on making a purchase at the lowest cost, and having it sent through a forwarding agent.
This kind of thing is not uncommon in small european or slovokian towns.
If that is the case, the quest is declared. Find the best price on the rig. Absolute rock bottom, lets-make-a-deal price, and get this guy on the air.

Thank you Harry for the most common sense response.
It was obvious this poster wanted SOMETHING, and I'm sure he would have posted in English if he could have. In the true ham spirit, several of our brother hams have taken what measures we can to help. Remember, all in the amateur spirit.
Then there are those who had silly comments. I'm sure you have helped the spirit of ham radio manyfold over in Poland. Thanks.
OPR - it's Polish.

He couldn't guess that from the call sign...
It takes a Ham with more than 2 weeks experience or a novice SWL to know those kinds of things... The other person that might have known that was someone who had collected world wide stamps for more that a month... They would have recognized the lingo enough to recognize the country...
and we're not dumbing down Ham Radio....
<sigh>
Are you guys sure that was Polish? Looks a lot like my wife's handwriting.

Hi,
As a new amateur I had just decided to join this forum when to my surprise I saw Marian's posting in Polish. My wife is fluent in Polish but not in technical terms. The best interpretaion of Marian's request, based on her translation follows;
"To Polish Hams -
Have any owners tested the TS-930SAT (and 'ew' - not sure what this is) and have results they can send to Poland? Use the least expensive/cheapest means (lines) you can (send?). "
#I don't know if Polish hams use this forum but that appears to be his desired audience. Also, I believe the keyword/question may be 'tested' though other interpretations may apply.

KC2LAE,
Now that's what I call helping out. Thanks a lot cause the translaters just weren't close enough to have figgured this one out. I am sure Marain will get some quality answers now. I wonder if the Translators do a better job from English to Polish if a non Polish speaker wanted to answer his question.
KC2LAE,
