Hi, when I post QRZ.COM notifies me that my posts are moderated. Is there any paticular reason this is occurring?
This happens because you are no longer a "HAM" member. Post by ham members are not moderated, but QRZ members are.
A look at the FCC database reveals that your callsign was canceled 9/8/2010. Have you changed callsigns? QRZ updates their database automatically from the FCC information.
If you have a new callsign, you need to request your sign in be changed to that call.

I just joined, but I expect my call-sign to change in a month or so after I upgrade my ticket. How do we request a name change, do we PM a forum admin or is there some other procedure?

Your new callsign will be automaticly uploaded to QRZ by the FCC/ULS.
At the moment your new callsign is showing in the database you can go to the DX helpers forum and ask to change your username.
