Well this is my first amp (used) and having some difficulties. When keying the amp on 20m all I can get out of it is about 140ma. The Ameritron instructions aren't real clear and detailed. I watched the video on you tube with no luck. I am using a cable with the ALC RCA plug built in. Load is at 4.5 and the Plate is at 8.5. When I flip the lp/HV switch to HV i am getting 1.6KV. Any ideas on this or can someone direct me in the right direction? If all else fails I will be calling Ameritron this week. Thanks in advance.
