CW listening program with separate intra and inter char spaces?

Need CW program that sends words (including intra-char spaces) at a given (100% normal) WPM at , say 20 to 30, and at the same allows setting the inter-word spacing separately. I’m using JUSTLEARNMORSECODE and like it. However, it sets the intra and inter-spaces at the same rate, thus slowing down word rate (from normal). 73s. Phil, W0XI. :)

ebook2cw supports setting the

a) character speed
b) effective speed (a la Farnsworth, increases character and word space)
c) extra word spacing (only increases inter-word space)

all separately. It doesn't play the CW directly, but generates MP3 files.
