I think that a 5 wpm code requirement should be required before anyone is allowed to vote in Florida...

Vice President Gore should have invented an easier way to enable voters to cast their ballots. Perhaps that would have been an invention that could have supplemented the Internet. A 5 wpm code test could be a filter to keep CB'ers and trouble makers away from election process. It would only be fair to allow for three tries if you fail the code test, or the punch only 1 hole from the ballot test.
