My new callsign is ta2cj but............

Hi,
My new callsign is ta2cj (old ta2ctp).
I've won the Class A exam.
Ankara has moved from another city called Ramadan DOKTAS person (old ta2cj) call code was given to me. And I, (old ta2ctp) .. I'm new ta2cj.

But,I can not find these people (old ta2cj)and is interfering with me till mails.
APRS'ye even tried to sign up, once again, I will stop.
APRS'ye can not register.
ta2cj calling code belongs to me. My name TAŞKIN Sink (old ta2ctp)
How can I fix this situation.
qrz.com site seasrch to ta2cj= Ramadan DOKTAS writes.This condition false.
True condition: ta2cj = Safak TAŞKIN
But how can I fix it?
This situation is interfering with me everywhere.
Help me please...

I have a similar problem, I registered as MM3JRK, since then I have had two callsigns including my current, full licence MMØGSS, I have them as managed callsigns but if I use the logbook it only works as my old (though still valid)callsign MM3JRK.
How can I log as MMØGSS?
