Logbook needs additional modes, reporting and cross-band support

I use fast-scan NTSC TV. Several modes are common AM (DSB, full carrier), AM (VSB vestigal sideband, full carrier) and (very) wideband FM. Please add these modes to the more common ones. Also, you might add an "other" option with a space to fill in a notation.

Video QSOs use a scale P1 to P5, not the standard RS and RST.

I'm not sure how cross-band contacts will work with the current logbook layout.
