Logging a contact not in QRZ

There are times where I log, externally in my logging program, call signs which aren't in QRZ. If the online logbook is to represent my contacts vs just my contacts with QRZ stations, it needs to allow logging a station which isn't in the QRZ database. I can see alerted the user that it isn't in there but then allow them to continue and log the station.

This restriction is now gone. You can log any callsign regardless of its QRZ Database status.
