Howard Loughran, KD5EI, passed away January 8, 2003 in Tulsa, OK. Born 1919 in Butte, MT, Howard was a retired Captain with Tulsa Fire Department and a long-time Ham. Prior to illness reducing his Ham Activity, he participated in Handicapped nets, FireFighter nets and Tulsa 2 meter activity. .
