I think the tempo has died down since screaming in a vacuum takes away all your oxygen. This happened days before your postings.

If freebanding has been "in the hopper" for the last 4 years, why is it that 98% of those cited since RH has been appointed as SCARE (Special Counsel for Amateur Radio Enforcement) been licensed amateurs? He seems to focus on 2M, 20M 75M & testing exclusively. Many are not long standing problems as you say, rather they are recent developments. While 11M enforcement has been spun off to local authorities, this incursion occurs on a daily basis & by 1000's of violaters WITHIN THE HAM BANDS. I have done almost 2 years worth of "unemotional" documenting as you suggest, yet not one target has been cited. This includes freebanding inside & outside of the 10M band. I have simply given up because of the lack of acknowledgement let alone action on the part of the FCC although they begged for us "to do our part". Seems to me that the easy targets are the ones being shot at, the ones with callsigns. Those without callsigns have nothing to fear & they know it by simply reading the enforcement logs.

Don't think we are not posting out of some sort of fear of reasonable input. Fact is that is why we are here, to discuss issues that directly affect amateur radio. However, I have grown extremely tired of those who continually apologize or make excuses for the lack of any action. If stirring the pot means speaking out, then I am guilty & will continue to be a habitual offender. I wonder why we bother getting licenses at all when those who don't have them have free run of our spectrum & nothing to fear? Just what does it take for a wholesale crackdown?
