The obriensweb/skcc sked page routes me to some domain name.

Is the SKCC Sked page down for service, or just another page of CW history?

These services sometimes require people to help fund them.

No money = no service.

Everything in life is free and doesn't cost anyone anything.

According to K3UK, he got hacked.

He is waiting for his ISP to reset the site.

Should be back in a few hours.

Silent Key Century Club.
The Admission requirements are:

1. That You were a Amateur Radio Operator, 2. That you were proficient using CW mode of transmissions, and 3. That You have been deceased for more than a Century.

Your name also has to be recommended to the Membership Committee by three regular members of the Club to be considered for admission, at a regular Meeting of the Club.

Not a very large group, but with planning you could join.

Andy's alternate page is up, but there is also a dedicated DX cluster for skcc use. The name is AI4OF-1. It's in the main DX Cluster list.
