I buy a battery pack from them. Ecommerce interface was screwy. That's ok. Then I didn't get a confirmation mail. That set off my paranoia. E-mailed address on contact page. They replied telling me they shipped it. The forget to send me a UPS tracking number. I asked for one. I tracked the package and they're shipping it to my home. NO!!! I wanted it to be shipped to work because leave for work at 9AM and don't return until after 8 PM. Now I'll have to drive to the damn local UPS depot 15 miles away and deal with those jokers.

These guys are idiots! They can't even follow directions. I've never dealt with an online store this bad. No confirmation mail, no tracking number! Their whole ecommerce infrastructure is like Swiss cheese. Their attention to detail is entirely lacking.

Their prices are good and supposedly their shipping is fast. I'll update when I get the product. Still annoying that they forgot about the basics of an successful e-commerce transaction.

Update: insert arrived. Good quality one I might add. Haven't tested performance yet as I'm still trying to solder the thing to the pack. Received package was packed well.

I'll give these guys a C+ because their shopping cart didn't do what I expected it to based upon past experience shopping online. If they changed shopping cart programs, I would have given these guys an A+.
