HRD 5.0 no state auto-fill - WAS "pita"

I have build 2356 beta and it does not automatically populate the state field so i have to do it manually. Anyone know how to fix this?

I just started using and some auto fill and some do not for me. I'm using 2434 also.

Mine (2434) populates the state field just fine.
