The Congresscritters passed a bill that allows states and
localities to pass legislation enforcing Part 95 (CB)
violations. Get with your SGL and local government
liasions and get it passed in you state/town/county.
Then y'all be able to go the magistrate or however y'all
get warrants and take them to court. Be sure you got the facts, 'cause you gotta convice a judge/jury. This is one of the best laws the Congresscritters have passed in many a moon. I can't wait for NC to get the enabling legisation.
I've got one of those slime balls (All y'all know Newton Minnnow was right, about a vast wasteland, he just had the wrong band :-) ) There is one that rides by house twice a day with a kilowatt CB mobile. He'll be the first one I get!
