Dear w6rs, Bravo es Kudos on your very well composed posting!!! I've had to deal with ROLEY his Holiness once, and I can tell you that he is truly a man who is not IMPARTIAL!!! I don't mind talking about this particular episode because I'd really done nothing WRONG other than piss-off a repeater club here locally, and I would not hesistate to do it again!!! Other than a particular few old-time reactionaries and a new-bie "NO-CODE TECH" CONTROL OP the only thing that I was cited with was PART 97-205E!!! Read it, it's only one sentence long, but is very NEBULOUS and very arbitrary, so what it does is promote and encourage vendettas by making them LEGAL??? Funny isn't it where I'm VERY WELCOME on many other Repeaters in our area??? Oh well,l like I said, I have no regrets and will continue to speak my mind where necessary and stay within the vagueness of Part97 rules and regs!!!....JD/nn6ee
