It is with deep regret that I must report the passing of my long-time friend Carl Stephenson W5CEP. #I first met Carl in the mid 70's, later we worked togather and remained friends through the years. #Carl was active in the Air Force MARS program as Region 4 Technical Manager AFF4M. #Carl was a life-time member of the ARRL. #Through the years Carl had provided his technical expertise around the world on several international telecommunications projects that I had the pleasure of working on with him.
