As long as you people are more concerned with where(frequency) you are talking than with who you are talking to, amateur radio will continue to be egg shaped. Good, interesting conversation with a real person beats the total bore of a politically correct contact, anywhere on the bands. The newbies see this and loose interest quickly in the caste system of american amateur radio.
