I purchased one and it's on it's way, so I can't comment on it, but I'd like to hear from those who have one.
<edit>I tried the antenna once so far. I set it up in the mountains, but I think I was in a sort of canyon. I have a valley to one side and mountain on my other side, so may have created a directional somewhat. I tried to contact some /140 stations on 20 meters, but no one could hear me. I then was able to make a couple contacts on 40 meters. I had two 33' and two 17' radials laying on the ground and both the radials and radiator were connected to an LDG balun. I worked a 10 year old in Utah. So it does work. I could hear all over the US. I can't wait to test it some more (and paint it...I got an orange one). I now know I could have made one with an MFJ fiberglass pole, wire, and a way to support it, but I didn't have time. I wanted to get on the air.

I have an Eagle One that I use when I am portable. It works very well on 40m and 75m. I used it a few times on 20m, and made contact with the K5D expedition after only a few tries. I only have used it with 100 watts so far.
I found that it seems to work slightly better after I wound the coax into an air balun of about 15 turns.
I like the antenna and am glad that I have it. Very easy to set up, but you need to have a method of anchoring it. I used a twist in wire stake that is made for tying out a dog. I then hook a strap to the bottom of the tripod and tie it to the stake. Put some short rebar thru the feet of the tripod for more stability

Just got mine in on Monday. I hooked up 4- 25
foot ground radials to the base, and ran a 4 awg
battery cable from the base to the piece where
the SO-239 mounts. When I first tried it out, I
could only tune 15, 20, 40, and 80 meters. Then
I spliced a piece of coax and ran it through the
tuner (balanced wire) that has a 4:1 balun. After
that it tuned 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 40, 60, and 80 meters.
I'm going to make a balun and install it at the antenna.
I've seen the antenna used at field, with good results,
also used it at RARS Fest.

Quick update!
Ok, I tried this with out the tripod. I remembered
I had an antenna mount I built for the Jeep! I also
went with 3- 14 awg 33' ground radials. There was
a huge improvement over the 25' 18 awg radials.
First, here's the mount I built for the Jeep..

I was using it for my 2 meter beam I built..

It also works well with my Eagle One!

Here's where I tied in my 3- 33' foot long ground
radials, and as you can see I also grounded it to
the Jeep. The 3 ground radials are tied together
by one lug connector. I used a wing nut on the
ground lugs, so I can easily add or subtract ground
radials.

I'm probably going to make up 3 more 33'
ground radials to use when the antenna is used
with the tripod. Again, I'll tie all 3 ground radials
in to one lug connector.
With the set up above, I tuned 10, 12, 15,
20, 30, 40, and 80 meters, with no balun.
I didn't try 60, and 17 wouldn't tune up.
My auto tuner won't tune 160, so that's out
unless I want to carry my manual tuner with me.
Anyway, this makes for a great portable
set up! The antenna can stay mounted on
the back of the Jeep, when I know I'm going
to have the HF rig with me. (If I'm wheeling, I'll
keep it inside) When I get to where I'm going,
I can easily raise the vertical, run the ground radials,
and hook up the feedline!
