I use "Logger32" for my logging at home and had to reinstall it recently. my backup files are corrupted and the new install mostly works with the exception of the lookups ie Qrz.com internet lookup. the links for these are broken and cannot auto look calls. Any help will be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance

Just go to the logger32 home page and join the forum, you won't need to even post as there are several recent explanations as to what needs to be done.

Delete the folder httpqrzlookup in your logger32 directory. Go to www.n2amg.com web sight and download the full install of httpqrzlookup into your logger32 directory. Unzip the files in the new httpqrzlookup folder.

That should do it. It even works a little faster.

QRZ recently changed there lookup address's.

Let me know if you get it fixed, if not I can give you my number and I can walk you thru it.

On of the files contained in the full release package is called READ.ME The following is a short extract from the file:

NOTE: Installation error
If, during installation you receive an error message similar to: "Cannot find
the source file “C:\temp\@IOTAIsland23.isd to install” –OR - "Cannot continue installation because the following is not found: c:\temp\logger32\\@mmtty.exe”. The path and filename are NOT critical and will change from user to user. The critical point is that the missing file is prefixed by the “@” sign. This results from previously failed installation attempt in which Windows incorrectly uncompressed files into the Windows directory. Search your Windows directory and delete any files with the Logger32 name and then try the install again.
