Soviet TK Keys?

I read the 5 sparkling reviews on eHam about these ex-USSR keys but I was wondering if there were anybody else who'd be willing to share their experience with them.

I just ordered one from eBay for only $21 from Ukraine so I'll give a review when I get it.
