Online FCC Part 97-I am confused

Hope this is the right forum, hate to be accused of trolling. :D

Seriously, I went to the FCC site to get the Part 97 rules. I just wanted to read them instead of just relying on the study guides and practice tests. Anyway, I think I am not getting the latest version. This is the site I have

(ps, how do I cut and paste, I had to copy that longhand?)

While doing that I noticed the 1997 in it. But this is the link I am getting when searching on the FCC site itself.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong, or what the link for the current set of rules are?

I usually go to the ARRL website and search for 'FCC Rules' .

To paste that URL in the page, I just click on the tiny globe with the tiny picture of a couple links of chain in it. It's under the 'Smiley Face' in the toolbar. A couple spaces to the right of that is a picture of mountains that you use to insert a URL to a picture. :D

Here's another link...this one is to the Government Printing Office's Web site. Scroll down to Title 47, and it will give you the option of viewing the most recent revision or any of several past years' versions.
