Interested in ProAm 20M "hamstick", but cannot find vendors...tried Google with no luck. Any help appreciated.

Thanks, Ray

In the past (as recently as 6 months ago) I was able to get them through Ham Radio Outlet--San Diego

I ended up buying 2 Lakeside? hamsticks from HRO in Oakland, CA...they had some ProAm stuff but didn't know of any hamsticks...thought they were no longer being made. I was looking for them because of how whip attaches to fiberglass base pole. I have what I think is a 2 meter ProAm hamstick that a good friend gave me. Anyway, thanks for reply. Now I need to post some questions about tuning them.

It looks like Ham Radio Outlet & AES used to carry Valor ProAm antennas but no longer do. At least is the conclusion I came to after a quick 5 minute search.

These types of mobile antennas are all pretty much the same............HamSticks are readily available & will work no better or no worse than a ProAm will. Get a HamStick.

I purchased a set of Valor HamStick whips through AES yesterday, item VAL PHFSB:

A ham friend recommended Valor over other brands because they don't have to be re-tunned each time you change out whips.
