I've generally found people to talk to on 2m FM, not only at home in the San Francisco Bay Area (where on some frequencies it seems that some people never sign off) but in travels in various parts of the country.
Now if we were talking about a WORTHWHILE conversation, maybe there would be a shortage, but... all I can do going down that road is to get myself in trouble!
