Some time ago I had seen an article about an ALL copper 3 element J-Pole Beam. The boom of the 3 elements was 1/2 copper tubing, as well as the rest of it. This is not the N3SDO design which uses a wood or fibreglass boom.
I do not know if changing the boom of the N3SDO design to copper would require changing the sizes of the director and reflector due to the change of boom material. Has anyone tried an all copper J-Pole beam with copper boom ?
