I know this has probably been asked several time but is there a logging program that is out there to where I can hit a button and the qrz information is put into the log? I tried N1MM program and it isnt to my liking.

N1MM is primarily for contesting.
The only one I know of that can do that sort of thing is LOGic from PDA. There are probably others I don't know about. I used LOGic for several years and in my opinion it is lousy and not recommended. When questions about logging programs show up here it is never even mentioned. It does everything imaginable for logging software but nothing very well. I switched to AClog for general logging and awards tracking some years ago and am MUCH happier with it.
In LOGic, the fields were often not large enough to hold all the info it imported from the call lookup website so it was cut off or incomplete anyway much of the time. I never found it much useful anyway. Just more stuff to keep maintained.

AC Log (http://www.n3fjp.com/ACLog.htm) does this as well...

edit: I did not read K7MH's post close enough, sorry.

XMLog (http://www.xmlog.com) does it nicely as well, and I like it because it doesn't hijack the entire screen to run! Keeps track of awards, LoTW hits etc.too...

Actually I never said that it DID do that...but it does!:o
I forgot that it did because I never have enabled it.
There will be times I have found that it won't be able to get the info
because it won't connect up for some reason. A callbook CD would work the best.

What I need the program to do is put the information into the program from qrz when I type in the call sign.

You need to be a subscriber to QRZ.com for this function to work.

As far as a logging program, I use http://www.n3fjp.com/. If you don't want to pay for the callsign lookup function, with N3FJP's logger you can install the ACLogData file which comes out twice a year. This includes the FCC callsign databases up to the release date. Alternately, you can manually update the FCC callsign databases on your PC.

Ham Radio Deluxe imports all info from QRZ.com without being a subscriber. I use it and it works FB. There is a patch available that corrects problems encountered due to the new QRZ 2.0 interface.

DX Lab Suite will do it. It is a whole suite of programs, but the parts you need for for what you want are DXKeeper (the logging program) and Path Finder (finds QSL info from many sources). DX Keeper is an excellent general logging program. See http://www.dxlabsuite.com/

You tried N1MM - that is an excellent contest logger. If you are doing a contest, that is the program you want to be running. You can export the logs afterward for submission to the contest sponsor and importing into your general logging program (DXKeeper, HRD, ACLog, whatever). For all of it's excellence in contesting, it makes a lousy general purpose logger. But the general purpose loggers don't do as well as N1MM for contesting - that's why I run both N1MM and DXKeeper.
