Watch out for manualmall.com. They refuse to make good on their mistake. I ordered a manual for a radio I had sold and left instructions for it to be shipped to the ham who bought the radio. The manual instead showed up at my doorstep. Was I ever surprised to find all my credit card information on the first page and the shipping address of the individual who I sent it to. I sent e-mail to them to correct the problem. Their answer, put it back in the mail and you pay for our mistake. I'd already spent $3.50 for shipping. If you deal with these clowns, expect the worst. Very, very unprofessional and not worthy of my business again!

Hi,
I was wondering what credit card type you used because my credit cards do not allow shipping to an adress without that being an authorized address on record. This prevents me from finding your credit card, going on line and ordering a new HF Rig and having it shipped to MY address rather than yours.
