I haven't used it yet, since I found a plethora of information on a few sites.

Just thought I'd mention it here, since I don't think it has been mentioned in the past (at least when I used the site's search function).

Program is open source and seems to resolve some limitations with EagleCad's free versions. http://www.lis.inpg.fr/realise_au_lis/kicad/

I stumbled on this just after reading a few posts here. Figured I'd share (There are a few more links on my site, just in case you can't find the Windows binary).

Give the gEDA suite a try, the linking of the schematic editor to SPICE and GNUCP through to the PCB cad is pretty nice. You can do virtual simulations to see how your design is going to perform, before committing it to copper.
