Hey, I just made a DX contact and want to QSL so I can get the DXCC award.
I think the callsign was something-6-something-something. Not sure what the frequency was and I didn't have my clock to know what time, but I looked on DXSummit and I think the closest one is I6iot. He was 5-9 but I didn't catch the signal report he gave me.
I thought I'd send him an email and ask if I'm in his log and get the exact time and what band it was, so that I could QSL.
Anyone have the email address?

and if you know a guy with a good quality printer, you don't even need a radio to make DXCC. Just "thinking" you made the qso is good enough.

Don't worry about it. Keep checking EQSL.com, someone with a '6 call', that needs your state, will eventually ask for your EQSL.:rolleyes:
Hopefully they have conjured up a good QSO exchange of date, time and frequency so that you both can use to reach your DXCC.

Someone asked earlier for help with a callsign. NN4RH is just being very rude.
Heck you don't know his call. You don't know his qth, name, or the frequency you were on!!
Not trying to be rude here but i'd say forget it. It looks like you struggled to try to make a contact and that's about it.

I think whoever posted that on the DX cluster made a typo..The guy's real call is, I think id1ot. Heard him working DR0NK just a few minutes ago on cw. the figures 1 and 6 are easily confused by inexperienced cw ops.

His call isn't important, it is more important that he got YOUR CALL right for the QSL. Just watch the BURO cards, it will show up some day and have all the info you need right there on the card. Wish someone wanted a California card!

I made a DX contact once, it was a really long time ago. I don't remember where it was but boy was that cool....... I sent him a QSL with some green stamps and he never responded. You think he still feels bad about this?:D

I thought it was hilarous. But he needed a G5RV to hear the other station better.
